I Heart Our Spring Line!

Our catalog is being produced, we're finishing up all our samples, and I'm actually very excited to unveil the line, which I think is a great mix of everyone's favorite pieces of ours, ie: our classics mixed with new.  A new look: trendy, fun and functional mixed media pieces.  This is how I described it in our catalog:

The following are some of these new styles that incorporate new techniques I've been playing around with this fall, I hope y'all like!

One of our favorite filigree pieces now on a stretch gemstone bracelet

A new little crystal bracelet, perfect for stacking or to make a mini statement

It's got bling, beads, it can be worn alone or in bunches.

I love this little bar chain, I wore a prototype on Thanksgiving and all the ladies in my family were like vultures!

These are great crystal post earrings, they have a optional backing to add a little intrigue.

I love this new cord neck.  It's edgy (for us) but also beautiful.

These are so great!  I'm a big fan.  I can't wait to wear these (and to sell these!)

These hoops are wrapped in thread, and make a simple pair of drop hoops a lot more fun
This necklace looks so great on.  You just slip is over your head, it's so easy to wear, I'm loving it.

Spring 15!

So I've begun prepping for spring, it's that time once again!  I checked out the runway shows (via my desk of course) and got some color inspiration, which is always the way I like to start.  Usually I just let the colors inspire me.

Of course the line will be classic neutral heavy, because hey, that's what we all like!  BUT I do like to add some pops of color, and this spring will be no different.

Three colors stood out to me the most from the runway, so I will be incorporating them into the line.

First, the color that I think I saw at every show was yellow.  It was everywhere!

Left to right: Nanette Lepore, Ferragamo, Carolina Herrera, Zach Posen, Tory Burch, Tracy Reese, Ralph Lauren, Prada and Badgley Mischa

The next color that I saw a lot of, and it is just so nice and rich is coraly orange:

Clockwise, from top left: Lanvin, Gucci, Jason Wu, Nina Ricci, Tracy Reese & Oscar de la Renta

Last and certainly not least was minty teal:

Missoni, Issey Mayake, Christian Siriano, Zach Posen, Ferragamo & Naeem Khan

I'm excited that these colors were all over the place because I am a big fan of them and think all will look great mixed with our tortoise and spring neutrals like horn and turquoise.

So, these are the colors I will be adding to the line (drum roll please) :

Now onto designing!
